While all care is taken to provide the client the required information and recommendations, Burgewood Pty Ltd bears no liability for decisions and actions, implicit or implied, taken by clients of Burgewood Pty Ltd. The client, having agreed to the End User License Agreement acknowledges this condition and does not hold Burgewood Pty Ltd for any liability under the terms and conditions of the End User Licence Agreement.

Burgewood Pty Ltd treats all information as strictly confidential and maintains a secure information base of information. Only at the request and authorisation of Burgewood Pty Ltd's client, shall information be forwarded to other parties by Burgewood Pty Ltd.
